Login changes

We've pushed up some important changes that effect the login process. When logging into your account instead of using your websites address, you'll now have to use the email address used when you signed up. This change is required for the multiple websites per account feature that has been requested by our beta members!

This feature will be one of many enhancements to the system as we gear up to leave the beta process.

Hi, I open a viviti web site yesterday and I have the same email as here and I have my pass word ofcourse but it tells me they are invalid all the time and that they doesn't excist.... well, my site do and I also have lastpass so I don't have to remember the passwords myself so I don't know why they tell me my site doesn't excist ?! My web site with viviti is www.mirva.viviti.com so you can go in and check yourself and I would like to go in and continou working on it.... I would be greatful for any answer so soon as possible because I don't want to open another website...... Thank You.

Will the websites that are already created be able to be combined into one account, or just new sites?

Hello Viviti, I have just made my first web site ever thanks to you. I am delighted with it. I am sure from your professional point of view you can find a number of things that you could or would do better. But I will learn!! Can I ask two questions. Firstly can I have more than one web site with you, and secondly, is there going to be an eventual cost, and if so how much do you think it will be. Thank you so much, Howard

I had started a site
http://made-in-jamaica.viviti.com/
but now I cannot figure out what email address I used to start it - so I started another with a similar name. Surely this is a wasteful process - of time and space at least! I look forward to the multiple-site version; most of the sitebuilders/hosts that I have actually used operate that way, sometimes with a space limit.
You really already need a contact or support facility to deal with issues.
